Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Orders placed before 5:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:30pm, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: next working day after dispatch, tracked to your door.
• DPD Next Day: next working day, with a one-hour delivery window sent by text or email.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging

Every pair ships in its original box, protected inside an outer box so it arrives in the same condition it left us.

International

We currently ship within the UK only. If you're outside the UK, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 working days of your dispatch email, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.
